Our work range in two main fields:
Medical services :
inside hurghada : ( Alfa hospital , hotels clinics)
Outside hurghada : we have network and contracts with medical facilities in other main cities in Egypt such as Cairo , Alexandria, Luxor, Sharm alshiekh and the western desert oasis ranging from free on call doctors for on call duties to highly specialized hospitals.
Health services Assistance :
We offer consultation for doctors and other medical facilities as regards management, health information services, claim handling.
We are partner of some European travel health insurance company either in the form of recommended medical service provider or as a consultant local partner as regards services checking, quality of service assessment and fees negotiation and consultation.

About Alfa hospital:
Our hospital is constructed and finished according to the high standards and we are working to fulfill requirements the quality control certificate license.
The hospital is fully air conditioned with high standard fire control system, all rooms equipped with LCD TVs, telephone line, air condition and nurses calling system

Our hospital is working 24 hours 7 days per week with specialists working during the day time and GP Doctors on the night shift, with the consultants available on a call base procedure.
Translators:
Polish - Czech - Slovak –Hungarian-Russian - German - (on call if other languages).
Hotline: The hotline is available 24 hours to receive calls or SMS from the clients or the insurance companies, and the operator gives order to the car to go to the hotel within 15-20 minutes (according to the place) to deliver the client to the Hospital to receive the requested service and to send the client back to the hotel.
Transportation:
We have 3 limousine cars available 24hours/7days for transportation of the clients free of charge.
There is ambulance car available on call 24 hours .
About Health services assistance and insurance office:
Specialized services are available for medical assistance and travel insurance companies. These services include active case management, evacuation and repatriation consultations, hospital cost containment consultations, and medical cost containment negotiations.
We have proficient, expert, co operative and updated team with continuous, long standing coordination and trustable cooperation with insurance companies' worldwide.
Alarm office working through 24 hours service Call Center, e-mails, fax, and working mobile phones through English, Hungarian, Russian, Czech and German speaking staff in our call center.
We can assist any case as regard medical treatment, reference to hospital and repatriation on time saving and cost effective.
To provide our service, we are in continuous negotiation with service companies to come to agreement on prices and discounts. These discounts are also supported by special prices being available to us for ticketing, transportation, tour packages and hotels.
Our office now run with 12 persons, including doctors, economists, lawyers and claims handling experts.
Our office work with network of computer system and database system to insure the data management in organized safe and effective way with easy data analysis and statistics extraction system.
